Utter poor service Game Kimberley
Bought promotional items, store had no stock and I was told that there are 13 units on route, paid for the item. The item was a Discovery gazebo that included a free braaier and cooler box. I had to phone numerous times myself to find out where my items are. Today finally they said that I can collect. I am working out of Kimberley and I asked my wife to collect, on her arrival they said that they only had the gazebo and not the braai and the cooler, my slip stated that it is a cooler gazebo and braai. I spoke to a lady named Kalie and she was extremely rude and stated that if I am not satisfied she will refund me, I explained to her that I want what I paid for, she could not tell me when I will receive the rest of my goods. I told my wife that she must take the gazebo so long that was paid for and leave the store. My wife tried to leave the store but she was chased down by security in front of all the people in the store and stopped, she told the security that the item was paid for but Kalie told security that the transaction was cancelled, how can the transaction be cancelled if my wife was in possession of the slip and was not given any refund. It was extremely embarrassing for my wife. Game Kimberley is one of the worst stores in Kimberley, no customer service, useless staff that thinks they can treat customers like garbage, I don't know who this Kalie lady thinks she is but she is utter useless and rude, but I guess this is the norm in Game Kimberley, I will never shop at Game again, I am going to spread my story on social media and I will tell everyone I know about Game's poor and rude service, I know that Game dont really care and that this will not even make a dent in their bottom line but at least I will feel better..
Good riddance Game, will not miss you at all, maybe Makro can give you guy's some pointers on customer service, can not wait for the day that Makro opens in Kimberley, while you have the market in Kimberley you will always treat your customers like garbage.
