Utter disregard for customers, and terrible customer service.

Terrible customer service!!! Absolutely shocking honestly. I did my vodacom upgrade through game - R299 deal with R2000 voucher signed contract and spent my voucher. Left the store with my phone. I got a call this morning telling me to return the phone as i dont quality. I purchased my children gifts which they opened with my voucher and some food items. I am now being told i need s to pay in R1700. Store manager tells me i can pay an extra R70 a month for 24 months to pay this R1700. I did not agree to this my deal was R299 plus R2000 voucher and now i must suffer the consequences for your staff members errors. And no one is even willing to help. Its very clear you do not value your customers. For the life of me i don't understand how i was able to walk out there with a phone and a voucher they telling me i don't qualify for.
