Using monthly fees to reduce my credit

This is the most ******* company ever, I was absolutely speechless this morning when I received my Game statement. I always pay my invoice in advance and over time I build up a very good credit score.

Recently I overpaid my account with R 137.72, so I was in credit and thought to leave it until such time that I will need something else. To my utmost surprise an amount of R 53.00 was deducted from my credit. When I called I found out apparently it's a monthly service fees. Monthly fee for what ? Them owing me a credit of R 137.72.

So not only do they charge you interest, they charge service fees, service fees on money they owe you as the customer. These people are brilliant, they give the word *****ing new meaning.

Well done Game, you found a brilliant loophole to ****** more money from the man in the street. That R 53.00 could have bought someone living on the street a dinner.
