useless TV BOX they **** about the specs to me and can't refund or exchange

I bought a TV box on saturday evening- only plugged in on Sunday afternoo, aftrer which i found that it was not certified and could not download streaming apps as I had requested from the staff member. Called Game this morning to Tasneen 22/04/2024, who told me its not their problem -I have opened the product. I told her how was I suppose to know the staff member doesn't know what shes selling and how would i know it does work unless I plug it on TV. This was highly unprofessional. i am not even asking for a refund. i am asking for an exchange. But was ill advised in store and ill treated over the phone. This is extremely fustrating bc topday is Monday and I want to return this item and get another one. but I will nver buy from Game every again, I already knew they have troublesome ethics when it comes to customers.

Like they sold me a lie and trapped me with opening so they can say they can't refund or exchange. I also think they are very ****** with questionable ethics that I will escalate to the ombudsman.
