Useless Service from Game - Waiting for refund for 3 weeks!!!

Wish there were 0 Stars to rate this useless company! Purchased a chest freezer online on the 2nd December for delivery on the 4th December. No one contacted me regarding anything. On the 8th December I began following up everyday only to eventually be told on the 15th that there is no stock. I immediately asked for a refund and to date the 6th of January 2026, I am still chasing them trying to figure out when my refund of R3800 is going to be processed. The online department blames the warehouse in Glen Anil and the warehouse blames the online department. To date Game has not sent me a single correspondence advising me of anything nor have they made a single phone call to me.

Please stay away from using Game online. They are pathetic and I will never deal with them again!!!

This is my first review ever of a store because this is the extent I now have to go to and the frustration I am currently dealing with.
