Useless service and management Game Kalaharimall Upington
5 weeks ago I went to Game KalahariMall Upington to get replacement gascylender for sodastreem. The lady at customer services told us that they don't have any, please go to checkers or clicks. Not: can I order you one, I am sorry for the invonvenience, how can I halp you. NOTHING!!!!! Poor poor pathetic service. Adter 2 weeks I went there again. Same story. Call the floor Manager Andrew. He promises me that he will personally cal me with updates cincerning the product. One phone call on the 16th of December just to let me know he can't do anything because of public holiday. Total useless service!!!!! I am disgusting in their client service!!!!
