Useless service

I bought a brand new Proline laptop from Game Rosebank. From day one it would not hold charge so I returned it . The first day I went during work hours the shop was closed because there generator was faulty and they could not open. When I got a chance to go again they told me that they had to send it back to the supplier to access it. I refused to accept that but obviously had no choice. It is now the third week and I have not been contacted. Useless company. No wonder they are running at a huge loss. For all I care they can keep the laptop. I might be dead by the time they come back to me. 🤮🤬
