Useless service

Bought a Defy Fridge in February 2020 , delivered in March 2020 haven't been able to get it replaced by Defy or Game. The fridge never worked and due to lockdown couldn't get replaced. Today still awaiting Game or Defy to come and get the Fridge. Poor/ no service from both companies. This is Games reference number 561649. This is the Defy job number ***, also Ticket number 561013
