Useless service

I purchased a Bicycle from Game centurion mall on 6 November 2018. This was to be supp**** with a Cycle computer, no stock was available and i was given a call back voucher 959/ ********** 6/749. then 3 months later, i went to the store and was informed by the manager that the delivery time was too long and my call back was removed from the system, I was then given a new call back number ***. I then went to Game office on Fredman drive, middle February 2019. there i was promised that they will get me the computer for my Bicycle (that i paid for) and deliver it to Mall of Africa branch.

Today 27-Feb, i attempted to call the office ********** , 11 times, my call was finally answered and the receptionist could not even connect me to ANYONE in procurement as she was unfimi**** with the phone system.

I just want what i paid for.
