Useless online service

I ordered printer cartridges on the 31st of January. Your site states delivery within 7 days. Yesterday (9 February), I sent an email inquiring about the parcel, and minutes later I received an email telling me my parcel is with the courier. Now I have to hear I will only receive it on the 14th! So 14 days, not 7 as promised on the site. I needed these products...or do you think I ordered printer cartridges to put on my shelf and look pretty?

I wonder, if I did not email you, how much longer I'd have to wait? It is very clear to me that you can't run an e-commerce store, because very obviously someone forgot to process my order.

I will NEVER use your service again, and will strongly recommend anyone else not to use it. Don't even give me the Covid excuse, that hasn't been an issue for several months now, and has not been a problem for any other online service.

This is THE WORST online shopping experience I've ever had. There are one-man bands out there doing a better job than you. I expected much better from such a large company.

Just close your online store...this is not the business for you.
