useless machine

never again will you see me buy anything that has to do with Bosch

bought the 13KG washing machine in 2019 July, ever since i had it ,my washing comes out dirty around april/may i finally logged a call with "game" as i bought the machine there and i told them that the machine is not working, my clothes come out dirty and full of fabric softer, the guy came from Game and he didnt check anything he just said i should not put too much water and the machine does not use a fabric softener and i asked him so what is that try for the one inside the machine which is for the softener and he said it is just there and till this day my washing comes out dirty obviously with no softener in place i had to buy Sunlight 2in 1 but i'm extremely dissatisfied with your machine, everyday i am frustrated when i have to do my laundry because i have to repeat my washing 2 or 3 times before it becomes clean.....please do something, just take your machine and refund me!!!!
