Useless *****

Going to Game Fourways after three previous failed attempts of trying to buy something I get to the front of the till and find out their credit card system is down. I leave my stuff there asking the very unapologetic cashier to hold it for me until 14:00, so I can go draw cash. I return at 13:30 with cash, go to the cashier and she tells me to wait for my products. I wait for 5 minutes, she leaves, comes back empty handed and informs me the products are back on the shelves so I am welcome to pick them again and stand in the very long queue again! What happened to honesty and customer service. I will surely never shop there again!
