Useless *********** Staff

I paid R6000 towards a laybye at Liberty Mall. First of all the store was clueless how to initiate the laybye, after 2 months I went in today to collect the documents and settle the balance. I was told no stock was available, and I must take a refund. What bull**** is this?? I Could have been earning interest on this money , but due to your *********** staff I now have look for another TV from another store. It is ridiculous how your team operate and Stuart is a real useless. Please do not call me because yourll are useless period. I will go deal with other outlets.
