Useless #Game service

Bought 2 items on cyber Monday,received confirmation on 30Nov22 that the parcels were dispatched. After numerous phone calls,with the game customer service centre,I still haven't received my parcels.The only answers I received is that the parcels were only dispatched 14Dec via there #GameGatewayStore and will arrive in Bloemfontein on 19th Dec,disregarding the fact that I told them I'm leaving Bloemfontein 16th Dec,the parcel were still delivered to my work address,but hey I told them so many times I will not be there,and send it to my holiday destination(lol and the one operator told me I will have to pay for the redirection off the parcel)There is no customer service the one to the other operator,being that this is Christmas presents,I am so disappointed in them #Game #GotGame #Badservice #Noservice I really hope Game can do something about their pathetic hence no service.
