Useless Game

Called Game Gateway approximately 10 times today. Had the displeasure of dealing with a switch board operator totally void of any training..doesn’t listen to the query just routes your call doesn’t pull the call back.. please waited on average 10 minutes per attempt. Asked for the Store Manager..it just rings…no answer. Called the customer care to no avail
