Useless Customer service department
useless to complain to. All your complaints get "redirected" to the origin and all you get is an e-mail asking if somebody contacted you

02 Jan 2023, 17:42Their promises and/or warrantees are not being upheld. They change the rules as and when it suits them. Bought a pool cleaner and 3 months later the promise to repair or exchange was not met. They will only refund me as it was bought at a lower price, leaving me to pay in the difference. This even thought they do have stock in the store. raised a complaint to the customer care department and this was forwarded and forwarded with NO result, only an e-mail asking if the store phoned me. since then another month an NO FURTHER RESPONSE.
funny how many people told me over this period that this is exactly why they do not shop there anymore. Truly a shame how such a mighty empire has gone down the drain.
