Useless customer service

I wish I could give 0 zero stars, sent my TV in under warranty and was told I'd have it back in 21 days or less per their guarantee, after calling countless times only to be told they'd call me back, which they never did once, I went to the shop, not a single person was able to help me and the manager was completely useless, I want a new TV, I no longer want the broken one they clearly can't repair, and will definitely take this further.
