Useless customer service

I ordered something online the delivery said it will be delivered on the 22which is today ,to my suprised I received a call on Saturday to ask if I am at the premises I told them it is my work address and no one is there the guy matome told me it is ok it will be delivered on Monday and only to receive a message stating i will be refunded because I wasn't available ,did I ask for Saturday delivery ,did the message say deliver on Saturday aturday ,Thane is pathetic I even wish I could have ordered from other places ,who on earth delivers on Saturday I even spoke to the stupid driver I asked him if I can meet him somewhere he said no it will be delivered today n,useless customer service and useless driver still waiting now no delivery as yet do not order online or else you will suffer they are unreliable ,I will keep on telling plp to not order from game they are unreliable pathetic useless customer service
