Useless Customer service

Please refer to the order number ***, I have just realized that GAME customer service is useless, they will tell you to hold and said they will call the store and come back to you telling you the store doesn't answer the phone, I have been calling them more than 15 times and still no solution.

It looks like your call center team are there to just answer the call not assisting customer's queries.

Please arrange the delivery ASAP
