Useless and *********** staf

Your branch at Eastgate does not deserve the 1 star I had to give to enable me to wright this review! Totally useless and *********** staf. I wanted to buy a lamp that the store had at least 10 units of on the shelf, but it was not added to the system therefore it could not be scanned at the pay point. Non of the staf members could be bothered to solve the issue. Every person from the manager to the teller just ignored me completely. Instead of solving the problem they took the 2 lamps and placed them back on the shelf for the next customer to not be able to buy it. Totally useless.
