USELESS AF

I bought a fridge from Clearwater mall on Thur 04 March. They asked to deliver the next day Fri or Sat, so I asked if they could deliver on Monday 08 Mar (today), which would give them plenty of time to ensure that I received it on requested date. 16:16, no delivery so I called the store, the lady said would check on delivery and call me back. She called me back at 16:51 (40MINS LATER) to say there are lots of deliveries in my area and that she will call me before she closes to see if I got the delivery - needless to say no call and no damn delivery!! I waited the whole day for F'ALL!!! How useless can you people be? I gave you 4 days to sort your **** out so you can deliver today but still yorl f'*&cked that up
