Useless
Your Cresta branch, to put it simply, SUCKS when it comes to answering department telephones. I get through to Game Cresta easily enough but you do not answer your TV department phones. I assume your sales staff earn a fortune so there is no need to made a sale. Cut down on their salaries and lower your prices.
I phone 11 times to get through to your TV department between 16:00 and 16:40 today (18 April)….. no answer. The phone was ringing for at least 2 plus minutes every time. I gave up. Thanks for using up my contract minutes.
