Used goods re-sealed and put back on shelf for reselling

I went to buy my daughter a skateboard at Game in Clear Water. I must say the item was re-sealed and clearly had been used before and put right back on shelf to be sold again. I'm so disappointed as it's not the first time this has happened with items I've bought at the store. Before that I bought an item with a missing part at Game Cresta. I'm done with Game and their cheap stance.
