After contacting customer service, I was informed that it would take 21 days to investigate the issue. This delay is causing significant inconvenience and disruption to my daily life.

Given that the issue stems from a factory fault, I kindly request a loan unit or temporary replacement to use while my original sound bar is being assessed. I believe this is a reasonable request considering the circumstances.
