Upset Customer Game Store Kenilworth

Game Kenilworth has the worst customer service ever , yesterday myself and my husband went in the store and the guy that I asked for assistance was not really helpful at all ,I asked him to have a look if other stores has the item I am looking for he didn't help with that either ,I went online and found that game still has stock ,I called back this morning and I was put on hold for almost 5 minutes do you guys think people have airtime for fun .. I called canal walk I am yet to still get a phone call back … when u call in the staff don't evens answer the phone , not impressed at all.

from a highly upset customer and with your bad customer service I wouldn't recommend you guys .. thank you
