Upset , annoyed and dissatisfied

I went to Game Mthatha plaza to buy a 32L microwave, I wanted to beat the price as they have the best the price promotion at Game stores Nationwide, Mthobeli Qulu refused to beat the price for me cause he couldn’t reach the competitor on the phone, mind you it was past 3 on a Saturday chances are the store was already closed. I phoned Game head office a lady who was very helpful and apologetic contacted the store and phoned me back telling me that the lady who is an admin manager Yolisa would assist me with the purchase, when the lady came to assist me the Mthobeli Qulu guy refused and said he is not doing it and changed the ladies mind. I defy the store with no microwaves , I was so upset and disappointed for it was my very first time experiencing this. I have never experienced such at game stores that old man seems not to know his job. He has his own terms which are not written on the best the price t&c’s
