Uprofessional and ************* business

It is with sad and disappointing service from Game Westgate where my Auntie Bought and paid cash for a deep freezer on the 04/12/2021 that was supposed to be delivered on the 06/12/2021 and that never happened till today and no one at game even bothers to call her and tell her a lousy excuse why the delivery is not made yet and she always have to go the branch and ask humbly for game staff to tell her they will call her before close of business they are checking warehouse but nothing happens.
