Upgrade phone at game

For the last 20 years I have been upgrading my phone at game with no problem. Yesterday I went to game Westgate and got bad service. Firstly the person told me that they cant help me because they don't know how the new system works. Really now who's fault is that !!!!!!! I must go to the Vodacom shop. I then told her but I want to check what game voucher I can get with my upgrade where se responded that they do not give vouchers with upgrades anymore. Now if she don't know how the system works how do she know that there is no vouchers. I was really disappointed.....
