Unwillingness to accept faulty N$20 note

Game Namibia: Windhoek. As much as I hate to complain, this is just unacceptable. With a couple of items I wanted to buy costing to nearly over a N$1000. The cashier was unwilling to accept a N$20 note because of the condition it was in. I was shocked, as it is legal tender. So I decided to also not accept this attitude from the cashier and request feedback from a manager or supervisor. The note has a slight tear at the bottom corner (left bottom corner if you're looking at the note from it's back side). The cashier and the supervisor and the manager refused to accept this note. The fact that a piece of the note that bears a distinctive number with a prefix was slightly, but not completely, was missing. The same number can properly be seen elsewhere on the 20 dollar note. I am absolutely furious and could not bother to go through with the transaction. This is unacceptable behavior or policy from Game Stores Namibia: Windhoek. I will never spend money in any Game Stores ever, with the plenty of bad service I've endured over the years. This was the last straw. I will continue to spread the word of what had happened today. Not once could they even apologize. As I put my foot down, they were willing to lose all the money that I was going to spend there and then, probably for years to come, what do they care. NOTHING!
