UNTRAINED SALES PEOPLE GIVING FALSE INFORMATION

We went to Game on Saturday 30/03/19 for a new washing machine. We asked the salesman which was the best one and which used the least water. Well to our surprise, we landed up with a washing machine that on a small quick wash, uses 39 liters of water .When we went to Game, the sales staff were just nonchalant, the manager Maureen seems to think that amount of water is normal on all the machines. Well a normal water saving machine only takes 15 to 25 liters. The saleswoman spoke to SAMSUNG and told them about this, but nothing was resolved. When I asked her to call them again so that I could speak to them, I was told she cannot phone all day and that she had other work to do. Well I spoke to SAMSUNG and they told me that GAME must take care of it. GAME tells me that SAMSUNG must take care of it. My question is, I bought it from GAME not SAMSUNG. and what is their return policy on false information from their sales staff, and it was not what I asked for.
