Unserviceable Hisense Washing Machine

We bought Hisense washing machine in 2016 with an extended warranty of two years ending August 2020. Since the machine was bought till now, we have reported faults more than 7 times. The technicians always come to repair but lasts for less than 3 month. The machine has not been working from Feb 2020 till now. We requested Game Fleurdal in Bloemfontein to replace with new one but they refusing. The machine is more unserviceable than serviceable. Please help
