Unsecured Credit by Game Vosloorus

I bought a blender from Bennett Read at Game Vosloorus 5 months ago because I have a disabled child who eats pureed diet though her stomach with a syringe a month after purchase the blender was faulty and returned it for repairs and 3 weeks later collected it after repairs. 2 weeks after broke again returned to the store for repairs collected it after 3weeks then 3days after did wanna start a motor and burnt wires smoke came out ,I went back requested my money back as to buy a good blender somewhere else. The salesman from Trevo just gave me the number of their repairs in Kempton Park and ordered me to call them on my own when I called a guy call Audrey from receiving answered and told me that a guy that is dealing with repairs is working from home is going to call me and still now I'm waiting for that call.My child is suffering just because she disabled she can't eat like any other child because of people like Game store in Vosloorus and Trevo company.Are they selling refurbished goods.Im a very sad customer with such service,there is no coutersy call just redress the situation just to allay my feelings🤬
