Unsatisfied Refund
I bought a air fryer and printer in June 2024 at the N1 City store. When purchasing the printer the sales person said it was compatible with "ANY" laptop which turned out not true. The airfryer had burnt inside.
I returned the goods to the store and received a repair slip for both items which I don't understand why, as the printer is like I said is not compatible.
We have been in store on numerous occasions to know the status and we get turned away every single time.
The store manager can not give me a proper answer.
I'm appalled and frustrated at this service at this stage and I just by now want my money back!
