I recently was in one of the game stores, too purchase a vacuum cleaner, while I was there I queried about my faulty, pressure cooker, the Tevo sales people said to me no problem bring it in and we will sort it out, but then the Game staff give me another story, it's like a circus honestly, I contacted game via email and phone call, they said they would get management to get hold of me, I'm still waiting.. The customer service is Pathetic.
