Unsatisfied customer

I bought Bennet read iron at game store eastgate mall 25 March 2021 ,and the lady who helped me explained that I've got one year guarantee +another 1 extra year if I register the iron via their website ,I used this iron not more that 10 days and on the 24th July the iron just switched off without anything, went to game store eastgate customer care anon 25 July only to be explained that I have to book in my iron for repairs as they won't be able to exchange it ,I explained about the guarantee and and the only thing I was told is game store doesn't replace iron that's is more than 300 worth its their policy and I was never explained to when I bought the iron, thanx
