Unsatisfied Customer
I have ordered a TV on the Game online site and I received the wrong TV. It has been 3 weeks and I am still waiting for someone to pick up the incorrect TV and replace it with the correct TV. Everytime I call Game no one had a positive response to the problem. I am just told that they will escalate the matter which never gets done. I can not believe a company as big as Game can be so useless.
