Unsatisfied client..No value for money

I bought a new Samsung microwave oven in March 2021 at Game Stores Nelspruit Mpumalanga, of which I was told and promised a 12 month guarantee/warranty. In November 2021 it stopped working, I took it in for repairs on the 20th of November at the very same Game Store in Nelspruit Mpumalanga, I am now told that I have to pay R1600 to have them repairs my microwave oven which costed me R2000.00. I am disappointed in the feedback I received 👎👎👎😡😡 . I now have to settle for cold food since loadshedding is doing the most.. kindly assist on how to escalate this frustrating issue
