Unsatisfied

I bought a chest freezer at Cradlestone branch midweek. I was promised delivery today. I took time off work to be at home for this delivery. I have called the store more than 10 times without any luck of locating exactly where is my fridge. With the hope of receiving my delivery I have bought meat and IQF chicken for 2 grand now all that meat stand a chance of going off. I have spend almost 50 rand airtime calling the store. This is ridiculous. Service is the most important deciding factor when one chooses a service provider. I also called the customer care line and was told that they are in Durban and there is nothing they can for me. Imagine if a customer care line tells you that you have wasted your time by calling them...
