Unsatisfactory service

I bought a defy washing machine at Game store online on the 6th of July 2022,and expected it to be delivered,because their policy says they deliver all over South Africa,but till today I haven't received my order,when i follow up with webchat services asking when will I receive my order,they always tell me that it is with courier service,as a client I am not happy at all,when I ask for my money back they ignore me.
