Unsatisfactory service

Very time consuming experience at Game Pavilion. Purchased a washing machine and tumble dryer. Floor staff was very helpful however I had to wait almost 30 min to get the invoice to pay and it's over 40 min now that i am waiting to collect my goods due to their printer not working. No customer satisfaction here. Up your game GAME.
