Unsatisfactory product quality.

Hi

I bought an HP laptop from Game (Northridding). It's barely two months and the left hinge just popped earlier today. I can even hear sounds when I attempt to close the laptop. I cannot even close the laptop since I need it to work. For a 6 000 rand laptop, I expected a better quality laptop. This is just disappointing. I work in an industry that relies on my laptop and I cannot go a day without. I thought spending more would spare me the hustle.
