Unsatisfactory product
I bought a new Blackberry Z3 one week ago to access my work emails. However, I noticed that Blackberry operating system is no longer used to access work emails. The customer rep refused to accept the return of the phone. Is this in accordance with Game stores return policy? I will definitely challenge this through SA Consumer Commission.
