Unsatisfactory customer service . Terrible customer service

I have never been treated so badly before at Game Pietermaritzburg midlands mall. I bought a tv in February and it brought I was called in to get a new one to my surprise I had to pay a difference between the discounted price and the full price , so I had to pay back the discount that was given to me in February. The way the manager shouted at me was unbelievable. Please stay away from game midlands mall.
