Unsatisfactory customer @ GAME baywest mall

I bought a Sumsung TV last October a a 58 inc Currently the supplier is not available, I have to travel 1000 km for my TV to be fixed, GAME store baywest mall port Elizabeth... I even called the customer service still no help I am very much dissatisfied
