Unsafe tin of formula, struggle to return and get refund

I purchased a tin of formula from them however when it arrived I found the top of the tin to be swollen a bit, not comfortable using it for my baby I decided to try and return it. The first person I spoke to expected me to go to drive and drop it off, the second one said someone will come pick it up, however when they arrived it was an unmarked van without paperwork. I followed up with them but no one gets back to me, I’ve asked for a refund and once again no one gets back to you on it. Honestly bad service. In the meantime I had to buy another tin from somewhere else. The tin was in way better condition than what game sold me
