Unsafe Baby high chairs from Game

I bought x2 baby high chairs for my twins from Game in November 2025. A couple of days ago, one of my babies nearly had a massive accident and almost tipped over with the high chair. The chairs we bought is of terrible quality and extremely unstable.

I have contacted Game about this and they refuse to take it back. How is this normal? You buy something that you can only use for 3 months, nevermind that the product is a massive safety concern. I am disgusted in Game and the fact that they refuse to take any responsibility.

I want this matter sorted out. I want to return these safety hazard chairs and get a refund.
