Unresolved Refund Query

On Saturday 12/09/2020 I went to buy TV’s at Boulders Mall in Midrand , I needed 2 TV’s. I saw JVC 32Inch Smart TV which I was told was on promotion for R2500. As I was working with a budget I was happy to take 2 . When I got to the till, the total for the 2 TVs’ was R5798 , which at that point was more than my available balance and I took out a R100 note. I told the cashier that the price I was given was R2500 per TV so im expecting that my total would be R5000.00. She called the salesman who said it means that the promotions is finished, client services can reverse the purchase if we don’t want to the TV’s anymore. Which I found was very unacceptable because , how does this solve my problem. I wanted the TVs for the price I was given. I need to have the difference credited back to my account please

I have made numerous follow ups, the last feedback I was given was that the Sales Manager said I need to in and see him for the difference. I found this shocking, so I need to take out time; drive to the shop to see the Sales Manager in order to get the difference back into my account?
