Unresolved query for 7 months from Game store

<p>I opened an account with Game store November i was promised to get a R400 voucher , i got R300 voucher they advised the R100 will be posted via my post after a month of opening the account. </p> <p> </p> <p>I waited the whole December called them in January they advised it was a bit delayed but it will be posted , i waited till April , I then decided to go to the shop they advised they don't deal with vouchers i must contact the call centre , i then called the contact centre ********** 233 spoke to a lady she advise i must send proof that i am suppose to receive the the R100 voucher , i sent email then waited another week till i had to call them back , on the 19 of May i called the contact spoke to Keadon he advised it was escalated to quotes department then gave me contact number for Head office spoke to Alisha shan who also advised she doesnt deal with instore voucher she sent an email to merchandise services , till today no response i called call centre again today spoke to Chelsey she advised they don't deal with it , i'm frustrated as i have been going around in circles. Still no help , i believe this is false advertising and need to make people aware of this.</p>
