unrepaired tv

i was so disappointed guys i bought a 49 cm hisense tv from game costing R6500 cash they tested it for me but when i was connecting it at home it showed some crack inside when i returned it to game they said they cant do anything i must find my own way to repair the TV, even now the television is at home i dont know what to do. i spent all my salary hoping to have a nice tv bt not it seems as if i was just wasting my money.
