Unreliable store that play with customers emotions

I have send brush cutter machine for repairs in January 2025, the machine was still on warranty. I was promised to get it after they test it . It is now March they couldn't keep thrleir promise. This store is realy playing games with our emotions. The machine was broken and Game send it to be fixed and got broken a week after. I'm in need of my refund to go buy better machine else where.
